Sunrise Metro Studio Photo Sunrise Metro opened in April 2004. Owned and
operated by the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City,
the property features 100 studio units for single men and women. Holiday dinners, movie and bingo nights and other events take place in the spacious community room. Residents plant the back garden every spring. Job training, case management, relapse prevention, educational support, mental health counseling and family reunification services are all provided on-site.

Housing Opportunities, Inc. and the Housing Authority of the County of Salt Lake are partners in Grace Mary Manor. The property was named after the late Grace Mary Gallivan who, along with her husband Jack, formed Crusade for the Homeless, a charitable foundation that provides seed funding for homeless housing.

Foundation Ceiling Photo This property features 84 studio apartments for chronically homeless single men and women. Residents enjoy a rich array of activities, including yoga, animal therapy, game day and resident/staff barbecues. Free health screenings are offered along with 24-hour case management. Residents are encouraged to participate in the building’s management via a monthly Resident Advisory Board.
